"A year a go I posted a review about Randy Holzhauzer State Farm Agent about how terrible he specifically is with his clients. Well today I went in and spoke and he was incredibly rude and had the audacity to tell me I can take my business elsewhere as he was upset about my review. Instead of being professional and trying to improve his business behavior with clients he chose to be a rude petty child. Today, I will be reporting him to Michael Tipsord Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of State Farm Corporate with a seething letter about his unprofessionalism. Again, I re affirm “Randy Holzhauzer” could care less about his clients!!! Last years post - I have been with Randy’s office for 10 years and Randy could care less about his clients. Sue and Marsha are great representatives and the only reason I stayed."

Sue is the best, always able to answer any questions and takes care of any problems. Randy and Marcia are also great!!! "We have been State Farm policy holders for a few years. On May 7, 2013th we experienced a loss in our home. The State Farm recommended contractor's estimate is for $46k and State Farm is only willing to pay $32K. As the homeowner I'm going to be out $14k and my deductible is only $1,000. I was promised "pre-loss condition and that State Farm would make it right." All lies! Find an insurance company that will truly cover your home. State Farm is NOT it! #ShameOnStateFarm"
